CEO for a Day

Do you possess the determination of a trailblazer or the strategy of a mastermind or the composure of a top-tier executive? Business Fest Bangladesh 2026 | Edition-X, presents the ultimate challenge for the upcoming generation of corporate giants "CEO for a Day".

This is not a boardroom, this is an intellectual battleground. From solving high-stakes corporate crises to surviving the heat of a live executive board, it's time to stop dreaming about the corner office and start earning it.

Event Type: Solo

Eligible Category: Combined (Junior + Senior)

Registration Fee: 100৳

Rounds:

Round ১: ছাঁটাই

• In this round, participants will be presented with a real-world problem faced by a company. Your task is to come up with a creative and feasible solution within the given time frame.

• Each participant will receive the problem statement on paper.

• Everyone will have 20 minutes to analyze the problem, develop a solution and write a response on the answer sheet provided.

• The answer sheet will be the only medium for submission. No additional papers, notes or devices are allowed.

• Each participant must bring their own writing accessories such as a pen, pencil etc.

• Some top scorers will advance to the next round. The number of participants advancing will depend on the total number of participants.

Round ২: অগ্নিপরীক্ষা

• In this round, the top scorers from Round ছাঁটাই will face the judges. Participants will be asked questions or given problems that they must answer instantly, demonstrating their ability to think and react under pressure.

• Participants will be called individually to face the judges.

• The judges will ask questions or present problems and participants will be required to respond instantly.

• There will be a time limit for each participant's response.

• All participants are expected to maintain good behavior and show respect toward the judges and fellow competitors.

• Calmness and composure are essential. Participants should remain pressure-free and avoid showing signs of stress or panic.

• Participants should speak confidently and clearly when answering questions or presenting their solutions.

Contest Rules:

1. In this segment, there will be two rounds, and it is open to both senior and junior categories.

2. No separate prizes will be given. There will be only one CEO for that day.

3. The decision of the judges and organizing committee will be final and binding.

• The winner (CEO for a Day) will receive:

- Certificate of Excellence

- Crest

- Exclusive CEO for a Day Title

• All participants will be awarded a Certificate of Participation.
